Introducing the Zandstra Delta II Cross Country Blades!*
The idea to combine cross-country skies and ice-skates originated from a Dutch gentleman named Steinmetz. In 1986, the first wooden prototypes were made. The result - the SKI BLADE - was an ice skate which skates very comfortably.
The principle is more or less the same as the clap speed skate. In close co-operation with Steinmetz, Zandstra Sports has designed and developed the Aluminium SKI BLADE.
