Shipping/Return Policy


Shipping time does not include days when Figure 8 is closed, and is usually shipped within 1-2 days of receiving the order when Figure 8 is open.
Figure 8 is not responsible for shipping costs.  International orders may also have additional charges such as duty, tax, or brokerage fees.  These shipping costs and any extra fees for international orders are the responsibility of the consumer which may be added to an order at a later date should the carrier charge the fees to Figure 8.

WEBSITE Return Policy

Any new and unused regular merchandise purchased on can be returned for full money back for a period of thirty (30) days from date of order with a proper return authorization number. Shipping is the customer's responsibility and therefore NOT refundable, this includes duty, tax, or brokerage fees for international orders. Merchandise will only be accepted for refund if item is unused and is in undamaged original carton and packaging. Customer must contact the order desk at to communicate the reason why the item is being returned.  After thirty (30) days, all sales are considered final.

Undelivered Packages:  Shipping costs will not be refunded and a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted off all items returned unclaimed. FYI: Packages are automatically returned to us after 5-10 days (depending on courier) of being at the depot if no alternate arrangements are made.

Cancelled Orders:  Cancelled orders may be subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee if the order has been processed.

Defective products are accepted for replacement within the manufacturer's warranty period.  To qualify for a replacement, arrangement MUST be made with us and/or the manufacturer.  Customer pays to have the product sent to us and will pay to have the replacement sent ground back to you. NOTE all warranty issues are at the manufacturer’s discretion and are outside our responsibility.

Tights:  The purchase of tights is considered a final sale. No return, unless defective out of the package. Defective merchandise will only be accepted for a replacement for a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt date.

14 days for exchange or credit note only.  New and unused items in original packaging.  NOTE: credit note is given in the form of a gift card and is transferable with no expiry date.
