The Bauer Flex Team Jacket is the outer layer of the Bauer Flex system, designed to either zip over the Bauer Bubble or Full Zip Tech Fleece jackets for a thick winter jacket or fly solo as a thinner weather resistant jacket. It features an internal breast pocket and two exterior zipper pockets. The Flex Team Jacket's sleeve cuffs are elastic with velcro adjustability for those who like tighter sleeve cuffs. This jacket also makes use of Bauer's 37.5™ technology and vents at the rear of the collar to help you maintain the optimal body temperature.
